Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free to the continental US. Greenhouses travel by freight truck with a liftgate and are delivered curbside. If your address is hard to reach (narrow roads, islands, low wires), we'll contact you about any extra cost before we process your order. Shipping details
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship from the manufacturer within about 5 business days, and you'll get a tracking number once your order ships. If something is on backorder, we'll let you know the expected timing.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split your purchase into payments at checkout. We also accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and PayPal Credit.
Who builds my greenhouse?
