Hanging potted plants in the greenhouse without drilling holes. These are great!

The awesome experience started with a great customer service group who took the time and a genuine personal interest in my questions and overall experience. Then the build. Someone has thought thru this kit with care and focus on the end customer not to mention nice parts organization, great instructions and high quality of the materials. With just a little help from my wife helping to raise the ridge pole, I installed it completely by myself in two days. I can't say enough about the quality of the people and products - the whole experience has been a joy to go though - Thanks Mulberry and thanks Exaco!

The sales team at Mulberry Greenhouse are exceptional. Special shipping instructions were implemented flawlessly with delivery on time. The packaging was well done; actually amazing as we used the shipping 2/6's to construct a small deck stepping into the greenhouse. A few parts for shelving unit missing but once Mulberry notified parts arrived in three days. I would highly reccommend Mulberry Greenhouse and it's associates without reservation. It really is an amazing greenhouse!

After purchasing my 10’ x 15’ Victorian greenhouse I decided to buy the recommended 16” Riga to go with it. I also bought the precut lexan panel. I would highly recommend to get the fan and lexan from Mulberry. The fit was perfect! The fan is heavy duty and very quiet. Very pleased with my purchase!

I love it. It’s well constructed, looks FANTASTIC. I’m using it as solarium thus far and it feels magical to lounge inside of it. The automatic ventilation is brilliant. Customer service has been spectacular as well.

Waiting on tree service before assembling

I have a 10 x 20 ' greenhouse and the heater is perfectly adequate for the space. It doesn't take up too much room and I like that it shuts off when desired temp is reached.

I really like the slatted shelves, although I didn’t pay enough attention so got five feet for my 10-foot long greenhouse. Since the doorway would mean a constant hip-hurter(they would stick out a few inches), I had them installed in the back section and was glad I had misread the size, though.

Overall, I’m happy with the greenhouse. It was missing quite a few parts, but the company has good live support and sent boxes of the missing pieces quickly. The instructions were mostly a nightmare and we were grateful for the live person (Melinda) who easily explained things. In our hot climate, the curtain is recommended but doesn’t work with the sprinkler system (one or the other but not both)so for now I bought an additional system (drip) to see if I really love the curtain. I wish the door was a single, wider unit (I bought the hinged door) but that wasn’t available and I want an”regular” and not a sliding door. The finished unit is very attractive and I hope to enjoy it for many years.

Don't know much yet. I'm waiting on the contractor to get the foundation poured. I have the pre-assembly done and it all appears to be a good product.

Parts missing

My wife and I looked at several different greenhouses before deciding on this one. We are so happy with our choice. It's well made, extremely sturdy and should last for many years. It took us 3-4 days to install and watching the online videos helped alot. Their customer service is top notch and even helped me with a question I had on Saturday. They have 2 people on call on the weekends should you have any questions!. We really love our greenhouse and have received over 1400 complements . Well worth the purchase and you wont be disappointed

Thanks for taking care of the million details. We ordered Riga XL9 and it was delivered boxed and crated to protect all the different components. Snow storms have delayed setting up the greenhouse but we are very excited.

Hooks were as advertised and very quick shipping!
