Want to know where your greenhouse is? There are three easy ways to track your order.
3 Ways to Track Your Order
📧 1. Check Your Shipping Email
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Click "View your order" to see live tracking and your order status.
Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Mulberry Greenhouses.
👤 2. Sign In to Your Account
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. We'll send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember. You'll see all your orders, their status, and tracking.
Sign In to My Account📱 3. Use the Free Shop App
Download Shopify's free Shop app and sign in with the same email you used to order. Your order and its tracking appear automatically, with delivery notifications on your phone.
Track Directly With the Carrier
Already have your tracking number? Many greenhouses ship by freight truck straight from the manufacturer. Freight tracking numbers are often called a PRO number or BOL number. Find your carrier in your shipping email, then track it here:
Good to Know
⏳ When Will I Get Tracking?
Your tracking is emailed once your order leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. Lead times vary by brand and model, so it's normal not to have tracking right after you order.
📞 Freight Delivery Appointments
For freight deliveries, the carrier usually calls you to schedule a delivery window. Please keep your phone handy and answer unknown numbers once your order ships.
🔍 Before You Sign for a Freight Delivery
- Count the boxes and compare them to the delivery paperwork.
- Inspect for damage before signing. If something looks damaged, write it on the delivery receipt (bill of lading).
- Report any damage or missing parts within 4 days of delivery. We'll notify the manufacturer, who will contact you to make it right.
