- 🌿Delivery is done through LTL Motor Freight and is free, unless you live in an area with limited access (i.e. island etc...this is extremely rare) this might incurr extra fees.
- 🌿We ship using an 18 wheeler (let us know if there are tight roads or low hanging wires, manufacturer cannot guarantee the availability of a smaller truck)
- 🌿 Someone will need to be available to receive the greenhouse. We will call to set up a delivery timeframe. Driver might need help although he will do most of the work.

Delivery is by LTL motor freight on an 18-wheeler. Let us know about tight roads or low wires so we can plan ahead.

Receive and unload
Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. The driver does most of the work but may need a hand.
Foundations and bases are bulky, so we recommend ordering them together with your greenhouse to avoid a separate freight charge.

Yes. This greenhouse is designed to stand on a 24 3/32" (about 60 cm) high stem wall, which you build before delivery. The assembly and foundation document shows the details.
How wide is the door opening?
It comes with one set of lockable swinging French doors. The wall-to-wall opening is 1.5 meters, or 4' 11".
How is it ventilated?
Four roof windows and two louvre windows all have automatic openers, so the greenhouse ventilates itself as the temperature changes.
What is in the optional accessory kit?
The optional kit includes a long seed tray shelf (10 ft long, 20 in wide and 4 in deep), a narrow top shelf (10 ft long and 4 in wide), a 5-piece shade curtain and a misting system. You just provide a hose to connect the misting system to a faucet.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free. Locations with limited access, such as islands, are rare exceptions that may carry an extra fee, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
