⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

The Gigant greenhouse is an advanced build and should only be assembled by a contractor or highly skilled handyman. Please consider the following:

• ⚠️ On glass models, the roof glazing panels are extremely large and heavy and may require additional support scaffolding during assembly.
• ⚠️ Hardware for attaching this greenhouse to a building is not included
• Weather stripping for sealing the gap between this greenhouse and a building is not included.
• ⚠️ Due to the high level of customization for this greenhouse, We cannot provide structural certifications (but we can put you in touch with the engineering firm that provided the manufacturer's). You may need additional heavy duty supports for wind/snow load in your area.  This can only authoritatively be determined by an engineer.
• ⚠️ This unit would need to be assembled by contractors due the size and weight of the roof glass and level of the assembly.
• ⚠️ Please note there are additional challenges in anchoring this greenhouse as recommended as the heavy duty portal frames are recommended to be embedded in the foundation.  It is strongly recommended to have professionals prepare the site and install.
• ⚠️ All Gigants are special order and are about 14 to 16 weeks turnaround – but that could fluctuate.

Important Shipping & Delivery Information 🚚

• 🌿Curbside Delivery
• 🌿Delivery is done through LTL Motor Freight and is free, unless you live in an area with limited access (i.e. island etc...this is extremely rare) this might incurr extra fees.
• 🌿We ship using an 18 wheeler (let us know if there are tight roads or low hanging wires, manufacturer cannot guarantee the availability of a smaller truck). Our shipping includes a forklift and flatbed. 
• 🌿Someone will need to be available to receive the greenhouse. We will call to set up a delivery timeframe. Driver might need help although he will do most of the work.

🪻How does this greenhouse ship? The greenhouse ships out on a LTL Freight. We ship free through continental USA. We offer free curbside delivery. 🪻Do I choose glass or polycarbonate? Most customers purchase tempered glass because it is clear and hence for esthetic reasons. However, polycarbonate greenhouses are almost indestructible, easy to maintain and can retain heat better. We offer the best of both worlds by combining esthetics and sturdiness. We now offer the option of a polycarbonate roof and a glass side panels.
