The Graf CUBUS Garden Rain Water Tank gives you a lot of storage for little money. It holds 264 gallons (1,000 L) in a square 32" x 32" footprint, which makes better use of space than a round tank. It is made in Germany from tough, UV-stable PP plastic in grey and comes with a plastic spigot.

Is a spigot included?
Yes. It comes with a Graf plastic spigot (tap), so it is ready to use out of the box.
Can I connect two tanks?
Yes. The Graf Water Tank Connection Kit links two tanks with a short hose so they fill and drain together.
What do I set it on?
A firm, level base such as compacted gravel, pavers or a concrete pad. A full tank weighs over 2,000 lbs.
How do I connect it to my downspout?
Use the Graf Downspout Connection Kit (sold separately). Because this is a closed tank with no open top, the kit's collector fits into a hole you cut in your downspout, and a short hose runs from it into a hole you drill in the side of the tank. The kit includes the drill bit and comes in versions for round and rectangular downspouts. Once the tank is full, extra water simply keeps running down the downspout.
Is there an overflow outlet?
No, and you don't need one. With the Graf downspout kit, the overflow stays in your downspout instead of spilling around the tank.
Can I hook up a garden hose?
Not directly to the standard plastic tap, and the tank works by gravity only, so water won't come out under pressure like a faucet. For tubing, add the Graf Aqua Quick 4-Part Tap Kit (fits 1/2" or 3/4" tubing) or the 3/4" Brass Tap with tubing nipple. It works best for filling cans or slow, gentle watering.
Will mosquitoes or algae be a problem?
Graf designed it as a closed system, so mosquitoes can't get in to lay eggs. The opaque walls block sunlight, which keeps algae growth to a minimum.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes, as long as it sits on a firm, level surface and you prepare it for winter: empty it, disconnect it from the downspout, and leave the tap open before the first hard freeze. The UV-stable plastic resists fading in the sun.
How is it shipped?
It ships free by LTL truck freight to the continental US, because it is too large for UPS or FedEx. The freight company calls ahead to set up delivery.
Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free. Locations with limited access, such as islands, are rare exceptions that may carry an extra fee, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
