That's the Graf VASO 2-in-1 Rain Water Tank. It does two jobs: it stores 58 gallons (220 L) of rainwater, and it has a plant cup on top about 8" (200 mm) deep with a fleece filter, so you can grow flowers or herbs right on the tank. It is made in Germany from durable, UV-stable PE plastic in grey.
